James believes that everyone, no matter their background, has the ability to learn and understand math. To help everyone discover this ability, James is actively pursuing a career in teaching mathematics.

James has always had a passion for mathematics and loves to find new and unique ways to understand and explain all different areas of math and make the learning experience as fun and enjoyable as possible.

From tutoring his peers all throughout high school to already teaching classes of his own, James strives to fuel every student’s love for math just as his teachers do to this day.

James is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo in the Pure Mathematics and Teaching program. He has been tutoring high school students at all levels for over 5 years and has recently begun his career as an educator, working with the University of Waterloo and in local high schools.
